Full name, email, phone, date of birth, SSN (last 4 digits stored; full SSN used only for verification and never retained), address history. Payment handled by Stripe. Report data includes credit score, eviction history, criminal background, income verification. Usage data includes share link activity and login events.

Identity verification, report generation, payment processing, share link management, service notifications, FCRA compliance.
3. How We Share Your Information
With your consent: only sanitized report data shared with landlords (credit tier, eviction status, criminal status, income verification). SSN, DOB, and full address NEVER shared. Service providers: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant), credit reporting agencies. Legal compliance when required by law.
4. Data Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, biometric authentication (WebAuthn), SSN encryption, UUID share tokens, regular security audits.
5. Your Rights
Access your data, delete your account, revoke share links, dispute inaccurate info, export your data.
6. Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained. Deleted accounts: permanently deleted within 30 days. Expired share links: retained 90 days for audit, then deleted.
